Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and similar technology on the BRJ website.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website or service can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. They can support essential functions or be used to measure activity and personalise advertising.
Our current website
The current website code does not set its own cookies or use local storage to remember equipment choices. Equipment filters and enquiry fields are handled in the page while you use it. We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media widgets to this version of the site. Google Search Console verification is a site verification tag, not a visitor tracking script.
Hosting and security services
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requests. Security services may use necessary browser technologies to protect the website. Their use can depend on the security checks applied to a visit. This policy does not claim that every hosting cookie is present on every visit.
The enquiry service
FormSubmit is contacted when you send a hire enquiry. Its privacy information says its service may use cookies, including for security. The website uses an AJAX request rather than embedding a FormSubmit page, and its code does not request third-party cookies through a credentialled request. Visiting a third-party link can involve that provider’s own cookies. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for its practices.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect security checks or form delivery. The site currently has no optional tracking-cookie preference to switch on. If optional cookies or tracking are added, this policy and the relevant choices will be updated before they are enabled where consent is required.
